Die kennen we allemaal. En hell yeah, het is waar: Als je nergens meer naar toe kan, alles in de soep loopt, je wordt overweldigd door een emotie, dan is daar altijd nog \u00e9\u00e9n ding die je kan controleren: Jouw eigen ademhaling. De adem zorgt voor leven, de adem vertelt jou ook waar je nu zit met je gevoel en gedachtes. Ben je druk in je hoofd? Dan is de adem vaak hoog en snel. Zit je in je lichaam en ben je ontspannen, dan is de adem diep en traag. De adem vertelt ons hoe we ons voelen, maar wist je ook dat we ons gevoel kunnen veranderen door de adem?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Door bewust en diep naar je buik toe te ademen en je uitadem langer te maken dan je inadem, activeer je het parasympatisch zenuwstelsel. Dit zenuwstelsel zorgt voor rust en ontspanning. Je kan dus je gevoel, energie en emoties regulieren middels de ademhaling! Hoe mooi is dat. Je hebt hem altijd aan je zijde. Hoe dieper en rustiger de ademt, hoe meer je in een ontspannen, heldere staat raakt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Probeer eens op te merken waar jij zit met jouw adem? Bewustwording is de eerste stap naar verandering. Breathe to Feel, of Feel to Breathe.
